Returns Policy?
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Products sold by Talariapowertech.com are covered under our 15-day customer satisfaction policy. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Talaria within 15 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.
Conditions
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Talariapowertech.com reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
Product Condition
The product should be returned intact and in its original package, which includes: blank warranty cards, manuals, the UPC code and any item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, the return may be denied credit or restoring charges could be applied.
Non-Refundable Products
We are sorry that we are unable to offer reimbursement for the following items: Bikes, products containing electronics, gift cards, batteries, oil, articles on liquidation and delivery fees.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not refundable except in the event that you are returning a product due to a misdelivery or malfunction reported within 15 days. Return costs are supported by the customer except in the event that you are returning a product due to misdelivery or malfunction reported within 15 days. The customer is liable for loss or damage that might happen during return transport. Thank you for using a transport service including insurance. Please note that C.O.D. return shipments will not be accepted.
Invoice
Before TALARIA can process your request for return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the electronic invoice.
Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
No packages will be accepted without a RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization). To obtain an authorization number, contact us.
Method of Reimbursement
Once we receive the package and stated that the article meets our terms and conditions, we will refund the amount by the same method of payment your made your purchase with. An email will inform you of the operation. Please allow 1-3 business days for shipping the replacement product.
- When you receive a shipping notification, it is too late to cancel the order; you must request a return.
- We accept returns within 15 days after the original ship date as long as the item is in its original sealed packaging, unopened, and undamaged.
- Shipping charges are not refundable for change of mind returns.
- We may refuse to accept or permit the return of products that are not in their original, unopened packaging or have been altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts or components.
- Once the product has been returned to us and verified as complete (containing the “original sealed” product box, with the device in its original packing materials) and undamaged. You will receive a refund for your purchase amount, less shipping and handling. We do not reimburse delivery fees.
Refunds Policy?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 15 days.

- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
