Shipping Terms

We offer both domestic and international shipping worldwide. We use Freight LTL, so not all destinations are always deliverable. We ship with FedEx, UPS and USPS with tracking numbers made available. Shipping within the USA and CANADA, takes just 4 days, whilst Shipping to EUROPE, AUSTRALIA and ASIA takes 7 - 8 days. We ship directly from our warehouse in California, USA or directly from our production plant in Chongqing, CHINA depending on your location. All orders will be processed same business day they are received after which it will be shipped to the recipient. Orders received on the weekend will be processed the next Monday. Free shipping is available to customers in United States (Dealers and freight items not eligible for free shipping). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. You will then be able to track your package all the way till it arrives. Technically, UPS/FedEx/USPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We ship to all 50 states in the US and to other countries such as Canada, Mexico, Australia, Europe, etc. Feel free to contact us to know if shipping could to arranged for your region or country. For lithium batteries we currently only ship to the continental United States, Canada and the EU due to hazmat regulations. (EU ships via ocean freight if it includes a battery, using JetCarrier. This can take 6-8 weeks and does not have tracking once it leaves USA). For batteries and most large orders in USA this goes FedEx ground or UPS Ground (this is mandatory if order includes battery due to regulations).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international air and ocean freight to all EU countries, CANADA, SOUTH AMERICA, AUSTRALIA and ASIA. Our international deliveries for 1 – 5 units/ebikes takes just 7 – 8 days depending on your location.

Whilst international shipping for orders above 5 units/ebikes takes 15 – 20 days to arrive your location. This delivery timeframe also applies to all our dealers, resellers and bulk/wholesale buyers.

We take care of all international fees related to (National Directorate of Taxes and Custom) for our Dealers, Resellers and Wholesale buyers in any part of the world. We ensure you receive your order within the timeframe so provided and in good condition as well without any hassle.

WARRANTY POLICY

We provide a 24 months (2 years) limited warranty on all products covering material costs for repairs or replacement of defective parts or accessories under normal use and maintenance. This warranty is in effect for 2 years as from the initial date an item was purchased from our store. In addition, we are offering a dedicated service team (technicians) who are always available 24/7 to help you with any issues with regards to any item purchased from us.

At Talaria Power Tech, batteries are covered by a 1-year prorated warranty. During the first 1 year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery will remain unchanged from the original purchase date. No cash reimbursement will be made. Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by us only. 

Exclusions include regular wear components (such as bearings, seals, chain, brake components, and suspension valving), as well as overuse or failure caused by accidents, crashes, or negligence. Misuse also includes modifying any wiring or adding non-genuine parts, as well as using it for racing. Any improper charging, storing, or discharging will void this limited warranty. Limited warranties are transferable, and you must provide evidence of purchase from us, before requesting warranty replacement.
